What we do

Mineral and royalty-interest review.

Lone Pine reviews mineral, royalty, and undivided interests for its own account. We read public records that relate to the tract and the interest.

01

Mineral and royalty interests

We buy mineral, royalty, and undivided interests. Lone Pine is the buyer. We do not act as a broker for a third party.

02

Public title records

We may review deeds, probate files, heirship records, division orders, oil and gas leases, and other filings tied to an interest.

03

County lease activity

We publish selected counts of recorded oil and gas leases and lease memoranda from data approved for public use.

What we do not do

We do not give legal, tax, investment, or personal financial advice. We do not promise that a person owns an interest before title supports it. We do not list or market minerals for another buyer.

Common records

Mineral title may involve a deed, mineral deed, royalty deed, oil and gas lease, probate file, affidavit of heirship, division order, release, or assignment. An inherited interest may be shared with other heirs as an undivided interest.
