About Lone Pine

A direct buyer of mineral and royalty interests.

Lone Pine Mineral Fund reviews and acquires mineral, royalty, and undivided interests. The work starts with the public record for the tract.

How we work

Mineral ownership can be split among heirs, reserved in a deed, or changed through probate, lease, division order, or later conveyance. We review available public records before we decide whether an interest is a fit.

When Lone Pine makes an offer, Lone Pine is the buyer. We do not broker or market an interest to other buyers.

County activity

Our county pages show selected public filing activity from the data we monitor. We only publish counts and notes that are safe for public use. We do not publish owner names, contact details, or private title work.
